Hi Victor, thanks for posting a review and for coming here - this is the best feedback approach I could possibly ask for.
I don't mean to imply that most people will get confused, most will not and only a few will. However even if its only one in fifty that's still a few hundred upset people for me to deal with. I always answer all support requests, no matter the reason. This means (given the prices I am selling at) I have to make it so that as few questions arise as possible. I just can't afford to guide any sizable proportion of the users through troubleshooting. Worse yet, many affected people would only discover they are affected after they lose / break their iPhone. At this point it wouldn't matter whose fault it was - I will have very angry customers and bad reviews to deal with. And yes, there will be people who play with settings and leave them in the wrong position without remembering. I have stories to tell about that.
So when adding new features I am trying to make it hard to stumble and always weigh this against number of people who will benefit. I would imagine most people who have such reservations would probably not even use Memengo Wallet at all. Well now that there is two of you, I might revise my opinion. :-)
In the mean time I suggest installing any of the dozens of other apps that are without the cloud-sync option. This will also subconsciously remind you which of your data is backed up and which isn't.
While I do not always do as requested I always appreciate the requests themselves. A few requests about the same subject can also change my opinion over time, so thank you for contributing.
