Some additional comments: Although I'm still unclear how this all happened in the first place, I'm very pleased with the help I received from support. They were able to restore my files from their backup's within a relatively short (3 days) time. They were also very helpful in trying to explain to me what may have caused this and clarified some of my questions. I was impressed with the attention my problem received.

I also have the exact same problem. I edited my wallet online. Then synced pressed sync on my iphone application. Everything looked ok but when I checked for the new data on my iphone only abut 25% was there. Then on the memengo website I see 2 wallets with the same name in the drop down menu. 1 wallet has some new info (25%) and the other with the same name has all the new info. This seems to be a common occurance with this application.
So what should I do? This needs to be addressed clearly by the company. Thanks.
