I think one other person wrote about this to us. The reason why the font is small is that we have to fit a large name in a fixed space on the screen. There were two options - span the text across multiple lines or resize it to fit single line. We chose the latter, although I have to agree with you - it looks odd.

We'll what we can do.
We're planning to allow editing the field names at some point, and will likely review how the long names are handled at the same time.
