I still recommend using a long encryption key because a simple 4-digit PIN is not very secure. Someone who steals your phone will not have problems pulling encrypted data out of the phone and trying out all 10000 possible combination until he finds one that works. Of course it takes considerable determination to do something like that and is not likely to happen.

If you really ant to use a shorter PIN I recommend that you split your data in two different wallets - one with important data protected by one long key and one for everyday web site logins with a smaller PIN code.

Great - I've had exactly the same issue, on my phone my account is protected with a PIN number on online a fuller password. It was always a pain having to change view to the small number strip to enter it in.

Hi There,
i just tried out your App and there is one Thing I'm missing. My Password to protect my Wallet is numeric like 123456. When Memengo asks for my Password, I always have to switch the Keyboard and type on these tiny Numbers. Other Programs have the Option to switch the kind of Password, so if you have numeric one, you'll get a Dialpad with large Numbers. Is it possible for you to ad this Option? This would be great.
And I would love to see a German translation, if you need help, just give me a call.
Greetings from Germany,
Matthias
