TWO wallets with the SAME name

Posts in the discussion thread "TWO wallets with the SAME name" - Yesterday on the website many of my passwords seemed to be missing. The iPhone still had all of the data. Looking at the website again, I noticed TWO wallets with the SAME name. Recent changes were in one wallet and the bulk of my data was in the other. It was confusing because they both had the same name and the iPhone did not show two wallets. Being cautious I printed both wallets and I'm glad I did; what happened next isn't cool. I renamed the smaller wallet and moved the data from the smaller wallet to what I considered the main one. I deleted the unnecessary (smaller) wallet. Everything seemed ok and I thought I need a way to push this to my iPhone or somehow signal the sync process to overwrite the iPhone. I wasn't sure how to proceed. After syncing the iPhone, all that was left was the smaller wallet. The majority of my data was gone. Further, the iPhone seemed confused because it didn't show anything for wallets and the web showed the wallet with the smaller amount of data.

Happened to me too. Perhaps you should add as a FAQ.
Also, I attempted to solve the problem on the web site, but couldn't see a way to move cards to another wallet (or save them there). Please add this functionality to the web version.

I also have the exact same problem. I edited my wallet online. Then synced pressed sync on my iphone application. Everything looked ok but when I checked for the new data on my iphone only abut 25% was there. Then on the memengo website I see 2 wallets with the same name in the drop down menu. 1 wallet has some new info (25%) and the other with the same name has all the new info. This seems to be a common occurance with this application.

So what should I do? This needs to be addressed clearly by the company. Thanks.

Some additional comments: Although I'm still unclear how this all happened in the first place, I'm very pleased with the help I received from support. They were able to restore my files from their backup's within a relatively short (3 days) time. They were also very helpful in trying to explain to me what may have caused this and clarified some of my questions. I was impressed with the attention my problem received.
